This is a 6 hour Ethics training that will count towards the required renewal hours for CASACs. This training outlines the struggles that many face with the way technology continues to change and the implications of this on the work of Addiction Therapists. This training will assist with helping to evaluate how to use technology to one’s benefit, but will also note ways in which one may not want to use technology due to the ethical implications and what this can mean. It is the aim of this training to help clinicians safeguard themselves and the work they do from breaches and other concerns within the technological landscape.
