Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Services: With 20 years experience in this field we are able to offer individualized care around challenges with substance use. Through evaluative on going care treating onsite diagnosed SUD’s with evidence based care and person centered treatment planning, we help individuals identify their recovery process and how to execute this effectively. We use toxicology screening/observation to evaluate the efficacy of treatment in private practice. Referrals to other levels of care are offered and recommended as needed if criteria are met for them.

Case Management: Individualized needs are met through assistive walk throughs with navigating resources or implementing new services that will help with better outcomes. Collaboration with treatment teams in relation to client needs are managed through case reviews and phone calls. If more robust services are needed from a larger team, referrals are available to help with higher level care needs.

Core Behavioral Health Services: Clients are evaluated on individual needs and symptoms. They are Diagnosed using DSM-V TR criteria and Treatment Planning is devised collaboratively with clients and used to gauge treatment progress as they move forward with care. If additional services are in place Coordination of Care Coordination is managed through documented engagements with other providers to ensure a team based approach to treating our clients needs.

Consultation Services: For providers and other agencies wanting addition information and engagement to better server their patient populations we offer consultative services. Along with work force evaluations that are aimed to identify struggles with employees may have at an agency and how to create better outcomes by implementing changes into the agency that is seeking support.
